Right from check-in at The Siam Hotel your inner stylist will be swooning. Antiques, vintage collectables, textiles and furniture adorn every corner. Eclectically put together but finished with classic elegance, The Siam Hotel is a gem on Bangkok's riverfront.
Boasting sumptous suites through to pool villas, the property is known for it's understated luxury and private collection of antiques from owner Thai rock star and actor Krissada Sukosol Clapp. Styled by Bill Bensley (Four Seasons), the concept is Art Deco meets Thai decadence.
Rooms are oversized and light filled, some coming with river views. And if you're tempted to venture out of your living quarters, the hotel's communal spaces are just as inviting. There's a championship-sized pool table, a cinema room, a sexy library and a stunning waterfront pool that oozes exclusivity.
If you're after some relaxation and rejuvenation be sure to book in for a traditional Muay Thai Boxing lesson in the hotel boxing ring and follow it up with a massage at the property's decadent Opium Spa. Or just curl up in one of the multiple sitting spaces that line the breezy corridors.
Service is flawless and guests are afforded their own butler who can assist with reservations, local dining and sightseeing suggestions and transfers. The hotel also offers private transfers in the hotel boat up and down the river to nearby markets and restaurants.
